What city is home to three of the world's tallest buildings?

Welcome to my site!  I began a career in residential real estate sales in 1995.  Prior to that I had been a teacher and an administrative assistant. 

I love being a Realtor, and one of the main reasons for that is because I truly enjoy the various aspects of marketing a home and seeing the sale process through until closing as well as the journey of consulting buyers on the process of purchasing a home.  One of the keys to my success is that I prefer to work with a small number of clients at any given time rather than a great number.  This is because I care about every little detail involved in the purchase or sale of my client's home.  I believe that quality is better than quantity.  I am very skilled in understanding the market that is continually changing in Central Ohio.  I make it my job to be current on all of those changes.  I am a strong advocate for my clients and have helped them get into houses when there were multiple bids and have also counseled them many times to walk away from a house because it wasn't the best investment for them.  I have built a career on trust and service.  As a result, any of my clients would be happy to give a strong reference for me if requested.

Although I started in the business in 1995, I left for about 5 years to focus on other areas of life.  I found that I missed real estate, so early in 2002 I re-entered again and have enjoyed the past 3-1/2 years back in the business even more than my earlier years.  I have developed many great relationships with my clients and have really learned from each experience.  I helped a couple become home owners again after the loss of that privilege through unfortunate circumstances.  What a joy that was to see them return to home ownership.  I have also helped families relocate to Columbus from other parts of Ohio and other states.  It was a privilege to be the one to introduce them to our city and be one of their first friends here.  I also helped first-time home buyers purchase their first home and enjoyed the process of helping them find a great lender who secured grant money to help them purchase that first home.  I made dear friends with a couple who was looking to down-size to a first floor master.  When our home search was over, we were all a little sad, but now they are in a beautiful ranch and settled again.  I made a dear friend through showing her house that was "For Sale By Owner", and I eventually listed her house.  After 33 days on the market we had a contract and a successful closing that enabled her to finally (after 6 months of marketing on her own) join her husband in California.  These are a few of my experiences since enterring into the business again.

I am a tough negotiator and experienced in knowing the details that need to be attended to in order to have a successful closing. I work closely with one of central Ohio's best title companies to ensure the safe closing of all my listings.  I specialize in the residential markets of Columbus, Worthington, Powell, Lewis Center, Westerville, Upper Arlington, and Dublin areas.
